EFCC accuses Chinese citizens and companies of illegal mining

According to an EFCC report, the charges relate to alleged illegal mining activities in Kwara State.

The defendants are accused in one case of possessing solid minerals without a license and failing to pay royalties to the federal government as required by law. The incident happened on Monday, April 22.
