Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé says he is proud to help the club win its first Champions League title.

The 25-year-old received an additional boost when PSG beat Barcelona 4-1 on Tuesday and advanced to the semi-finals with a 6-4 aggregate victory.

Mbappé, who will leave PSG this summer and will be signed by the favourite Real Madrid, stressed that his future does not depend on him.

Mbappé told reporters, “My dream is to win the Champions League for Paris.”

Being at PSG since the beginning makes me proud. My pride has been touched, not because there were good and bad times. The pride of playing for this club, which represents the capital of my country, is something special for me who grew up there.

“Experiencing an evening as a Parisian is fantastic.” “We must keep our cool because we only have one step left before we play in the final at Wembley.”
